STUDIO NESS is a New York-based interior design studio offering a collaborative approach to creating eclectic home and work spaces reflecting a variety of inspiration and influences.
With nearly a decade of experience in the design industry, Tyson Ness worked with the talented Jarlath Mellett, Archetype Design Studio, Fawn Galli Interiors and Consort Home -- before launching STUDIO NESS in 2018.
STUDIO NESS takes careful consideration on all projects to offer the client a personalized and collaborative process, while being able to call upon Tyson’s varied experience and an ever-expanding range of resources, craftspeople and influences in order to create unique spaces tailored to each client.
Tyson has projects featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Remodelista, Lonny and Luxe Magazine; and has worked on projects ranging from renovations of classic brownstones on the Upper West Side and Brooklyn Heights, to apartment combinations in the West Village, the conversion of an 1800s piano factory in Stamford, CT, and a former soap factory in TriBeCa, as well as ground up construction from New Jersey to The Hamptons.
The goal of STUDIO NESS when designing any project is to mix and match pieces to create a unique and collected space -- striking a balance using a mixture of contemporary, bespoke and vintage finds to craft bold, fun and functional living and work spaces.
